The Ghouls Rule series features Monster High characters dressed up in fangtastic costume-inspired outfits to celebrate Halloween. This year at SDCC, we’re adding Lagoona to the lineup! She’s been chosen as the Halloween party planning committee chair, so she’s decided to throw a masquerade at the Eerie Aquarium. There’s no doubt it’s going to be a dreadlightful bash!
